3. Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 30 days for:

  • Unworn/unused items
  • Original tags and packaging intact
  • Proof of purchase provided

  2. Navigate to “Order History”
  3. Initiate return request
  4. Print prepaid return label (U.S. only)
  5. Ship within 14 days

5. Refunds

  • Processed within 5 business days of receipt
  • Issued to original payment method
  • Shipping fees non-refundable

6. Exchanges
For size/color changes:

  1. Return original item
  2. Place new order

7. Damaged Items
Contact us within 48 hours with:

  • Order number
  • Photos of defect/damage
  • Packaging images
    We’ll arrange free replacement

8. Final Sale Items
Cannot be returned/exchanged:

9. International Returns
Customers outside the U.S.:
